A stunning Ghanaian woman living in Ahodwo-Kumasi is still reeling from the shock of her life after her affluent Indian fiancé left only hours before their lavish wedding, which was scheduled for Saturday, January 28, 2023.
The young man had distributed her wedding posters all over the place and shared their pre-video with her friends and other well-wishers before the terrible occurred.
The lavish and pricey Greenwood Events Center in the affluent Ahodwo neighborhood was where the wedding was scheduled to take place.
The alleged overseas fiancé was in his seventies. A week prior to the wedding, Wilson Dass traveled to Ghana with his family to finally see his sweetheart in person after several months of virtual courtship.
According to sources close to the Ghanaian family, there would be a dinner to celebrate the wedding, a buffet provided by Jofel Catering Services, and nine bridesmaids who had been trained to appear in four different sets of fine clothing.
Unfortunately, the bridegroom Dass, his parents Mr. Bura Dass and Mrs. Dhanti Dass, and the rest of the Indian family disappeared without speaking to the Ghanaian family a few hours before the wedding.
The lady's family reportedly only learned of the wealthy Indian family's escape when they attempted to call them but were unable to do so due to their lateness and inactive phone numbers
Just for this wedding, I had ironed a jacket and a kente. There were other boys there, but I had to stop them. One of the wedding guests told several newsmen, "I had to put off my phone because I was swamped with calls asking whether what they had heard was genuine.
