Divorced woman demands refund from photographer because her wedding pictures are now useless

A compelling request for a refund of the fee paid to the photographer who captured her and her husband's wedding in 2019 has sparked a lot of discussion online.

The South African woman first sought to remind photographer Lance Romeo of herself and the wedding ceremony she and her ex-husband had in Durban back in 2019.

After the photographer admitted to have captured the aforementioned wedding scene on camera, the woman demanded a refund because she no longer required the photos from the wedding because she and her ex-husband had filed for divorce.

Romeo questioned the woman whether she was joking out of astonishment, to which she responded, "No dear, I'm very serious."

Romeo revealed the WhatsApp chat he had with the woman on Twitter, in which he expressed sympathy for her predicament before bluntly informing her that the money she paid for his services was nonrefundable.

The woman insisted on a return at all costs and suggested at least a 70% refund in snippets of the conversation between Romeo and the woman, which he titled: "I swear my life is a movie... you can't make this stuff up."

After some back-and-forth, the woman warned Romeo to expect a call from her attorneys because neither he nor she would budge. Romeo seemed unfazed and liked the concept.
