Agents of Kenya's Directorate of Criminal Investigations have detained an 18-year-old male student who broke into a nearby girls' secondary school (DCI).
The suspect, a secondary school student at Gatugi Day in Nyeri county, was apprehended while posing as a female student there to see his lover.
He apparently joined a group of females as they made their way to their dorms while wearing a feminine uniform. Following his inquiry regarding the location of his purported girlfriend, the male student was apprehended.
The 18-year-old was revealed by other girls who raised the alarm, the DCI said in a statement, and the teenager's plan to meet his girlfriend was foiled.
The restless young man made frantic attempts to find his sweetheart among the group of girls heading to their dormitory, but his efforts were unsuccessful.
The girl was suspicious because the voice was strange and husky, which led her to take a closer look at the person asking the question. However, when she did, she saw that the man wearing their school uniform was the fool with a broad chest and hairy chin.
The student packed his chest with items of clothing to give the appearance of a woman's breasts.
She screamed right away, which caused a cacophony of screams from the other girls as they fled in confusion in separate directions, nearly starting a stampede.
The school's security officer responded to the disturbance at the school by running toward the dorms and capturing the suspect as he tried to flee.
The headmaster of the school called the police, who came running and apprehended him.
He admitted to police that he had been invited over by his girlfriend for an unidentified reason when questioned. He was found to be in possession of a lighter, a phone, and three condoms.
The declaration added:
He was taken to the Othaya police station where he is being processed for the offense of preparation to commit a felony after three condoms, a phone, and a lighter were found on him.
