What was supposed to be a nice wedding reception rapidly turned into a brawl.
Two women who had come just for the food got into a heated argument because they couldn't agree on who should be in charge of serving.
These women can be seen throwing objects at one another in a video that has been circulated online as people try to separate them. The jollof rice that was scheduled to be served is what started the argument.
The hosts eventually had to leave the area out of concern about being struck by flying debris. The Nigerian event has since gained widespread attention.
