According to a complaint she made, Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend claims he tricked her into packing a suitcase and leaving their shared home before kicking her out.
Lawyers for Erica Herman, who began dating the golfer in 2017, assert that due to how quickly she was ejected from the home, she is owed $30 million (£25 million).
In connection with a different disagreement, she is asking that an NDA she signed with Mr. Woods be revoked.
The 47-year-old spokesman for Mr. Woods was unavailable to comment right away.
The couple's breakup hasn't been formally announced. They haven't been seen together in public since attending the US Open tennis tournament in New York in August of last year.
Ms. Herman, 38, has previously worked for the 15-time major champion at The Woods Jupiter in Florida.
But her legal case doesn't go into detail about any of these charges.
Ms. Herman is also unsure of "what other information about her own life she may disclose or with whom" at this time, according to her attorneys.
Her attorney, Benjamin Hodas, did not immediately respond to a BBC request for comment.
Ms. Herman had regularly been seen by Mr. Woods' side throughout the preceding six years, including during his recovery from a serious vehicle accident that, at first, appeared to have the potential to end his golf career.
