Video: South African rapper Costa Titch collapses and dies on stage

Costa Titch, a well-known artist and dancer from South Africa, reportedly suffered a seizure on stage and passed away at the age of 27. This tragic incident occurred during his performance at the Ultra music festival in Johannesburg on the night of March 11th, 2023.

The cause of his collapse and subsequent death is unknown at this time.

Reports suggest that the artist had previously experienced seizures due to a history of epilepsy, and it is speculated that the flashing lights on stage may have triggered this latest episode.

The musician was known for his hit song "Big Flexa" and his passing has left fans and the music industry in mourning.

Phil Mphela, an entertainment commentator, took to Twitter to confirm the heartbreaking news of Costa Titch's passing just before midnight.

Following the announcement, numerous colleagues in the music industry expressed their condolences and shared their somber reactions to the news.

This tragic incident occurred just a month after the death of Kiernan Forbes, a prominent South African rapper better known as AKA, who was fatally shot in February.

AKA's close friend, the chef and entrepreneur Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane, also lost his life in the incident.

The loss of these two talented individuals has left the South African music industry and fans reeling in shock and sadness.
