The 30-year-old rapper from New York was performing "Bodak Yellow" at Drai's Beachclub in Las Vegas when a fan hoisted a white cup with decorations and threw fluids in his direction.
The rapper turned into a fastball-throwing southpaw and threw the microphone at the woman after initially being surprised and displaying signs of incredulity.
According to a video posted on Cardi B's social media page, security quickly interfered as Cardi B yelled from the stage before the microphone was given back to her and she continued her performance.
It is unknown at this time whether the concertgoer was charged.
According to a TikTok video, the rapper, whose true name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus, threw a microphone at the DJ at Drai's nightclub the previous night because she was getting cut off while performing.
